最近旅したいろいろな写真をアップします。新年明けての大仕事は中国と北海道です。その模様を紹介しましょう。
It was a great meet with you. I remember all of you, I really hope to see you again!

２０１０年１月２６日礼嘉中学校（中国）にて
 2009.7.25 成田から12時間、フランクフルトにようやく到着。アメリカに行くのとは違い、機内ではなるべく寝ないで起きていたほうが現地で楽になると聞き、映画を見たり、ドイツ語を勉強したりして過ごした。

|  2時間後の列車は特急ではなく普通列車でしかも途中の駅までしか行かないので、もう一度乗り換えになる。
Here the train come to our platform, but it seems to be a local train. |  車窓はきれいでとても心地が良い。

 窓が開くのが普通列車ならでは。心地よい風に、まるで北海道を旅しているような安らぎを覚えた。列車に自転車を載せて旅する人たちを見かけた。

|  Graz 到着！！ホテルの窓からは美しい空が広がっていた。
I arrive at Graz, What a nice view from the window in the hote! |  ヨーロッパ最大のアカペラコンクール「Vocat Total」はあの時計のある山の中の「洞窟」を改装して作ったホールで行われる。

 洞窟とは思えないような会場。ステージでは台湾のグループがリハーサルを行っていた。
Here are the venue. The public Bathhouse, Taiwanese Chorus gourp was rehearsaling. |  ２００９．０７．２７．初日のコンクールがスタート。コメディー、ポップス、ジャズの３つのカテゴリーを一日づつ3日かけて審査していく。写真は初日に出場した地元のグループ。写真最も右の男性が大会の責任者Mr.Pongraz氏。9年前の大会設立から運営に携わる。
There are 3 cathegories like Comedy, pops, Jazz. The first day was comedy cathegoriy, here on the picture was from Austria. and the man, the right side, is Mr. Pongraz, Chair person of the festival. |  審査員は、ドイツのアカペラ指導者Mathias Becker、スウェーデンの世界的アカペラグループ The Real Group のAnders Jalkeus、イギリスのアカペラグループFlying PicketsのAndrea Figallo という豪華メンバー。１グループ30分で10グループの演奏を審査していく。 |  大会関係者と。大会責任者ポングラツ氏、台湾の靴メーカー「ＣＪＣＨＴ」社長で台湾アカペラセンター理事のクレアと台湾アカペラフェスティバル実行委員長レイさんなど、ヨーロッパとアジア双方でアカペラを支える熱心な面々である。 |  ２００９．０７．２６。2日目、ポップスカテゴリーでは日本の「宝船」が登場。台湾のグループが優勝し、宝船は２位に入賞した。
On the sencond day of the festival,Pops Cathegory, here came Takarabune from Japan. They got the Second Prize. |  ステージ最後の審査の時間を使い、私はデモ演奏のためステージに上がった。初の純日本産ボイスパーカッションのヨーロッパデビューである。
At the last part of the competiton, Kai went upon the stage, and he made his solo as the demonstration. |
 昨年度オーストリアのビートボックスチャンピョン、アイボリー・パーカーもステージに上がり、二人でセッションを行った。
Ivory Parker, the winner of the Austrian Beatbox Champion Ship, came on the stage, and we
were improvising. It was really fun. |  ２００９．０７．２９．大会３日目Ｊａｚｚ部門は予想通り、非常にレベルの高い演奏が続く。写真はリトアニアのグループ「Cappell'A」
The third day,Jazz Cathegory, was a really high level competition.I can not tell who would get the first prize. Here on the photo is my favorite group 'Cappell'A' . It war really great! |  最後の審査発表。写真の通り、結果は何と宝船が１位で優勝！確かに、彼女たちの「テネシーワルツ」は素晴らしかった。同じ日本人として本当にうれしく誇りに思った瞬間だった。
The First prize goes to Takarabune !! I cannot believe it !! |  日本のグループがヨーロッパの大会で１位を取るというのは、わが国のアカペラ界にとても大きな希望をもたらしてくれたと思う。彼女たちを見習い、より多くの人たちがアカペラに挑戦してくれればうれしい。
I think it was a really big help to promote a cappella music into Japan. They will be kind of the leader group, and I belive many people start singing like they do.

 校長先生より校章旗を記念にいただきました。The principal gave me a school flag as a gift. Thank you very much. |  夜は青年協会のビルに移動して、メロディーメーカーの指導を行いました。教室の外に出て、響くところで課題曲を練習しています。それにしても後ろの壁画が面白いですね。
We moved to the building of Federation, and had a workshop for HongKong Melody Makers.They achieved a lot.
|  2009.03.26 青年協会のKennethに見送られ、これからマカオに向け出発です。We are now in Ferry terminal to go to Macau. Bye-bye HongKong(we will be coming back soon!) |  マカオまでは高速船で1時間の距離。しかし香港・マカオはともに外国扱いで出入国手続きが必要です。
Now we are heading to Macau by high speed ferry,It takes just 1 hour, but it is an international ship. |  マカオ到着！マカオ大学の学生2人が迎えに来てくれました。Wow, we make a safe arrival to Macau. The students of Macau University come to pick up. I cannot wait what happens next!! |  マカオ（澳門）は旧ポルトガルの植民地。その影響で西洋と東洋の２つが混ざりあった独特の文化をもっています。写真のレストランもポルトガル料理と中国料理のメニューが同時に味わえます。
Here we come to the restaurant in Macau. Macau has the mixed culture of its western and eastern, so the food is also the same. We can tast both of them at the one place. |
 マカオの名物デザートといえばこれ。「Jagara de ovos（エッグタルト）」。One of the typical dessert in Macau is this 'Jagara de ovos(sweet egg tart)' It was delicious !! |  次の日、午前中を使って市内観光をに出かけました。マカオでも最も美しいとされるSenado Sauareを歩いてみました。MatthiasとJuanはおおはしゃぎ！（普通に歩きましょうね…）
Next morning, we walked down the Senado Square, most beautiful site of Macao. Germans are dancing like 'I'm siging in the rain' Oh ,Watch your step!!! |  17世紀に建てられた「セントドミニック教会」。バロック建築の傑作として称えられたが、度重なる火災で現在は表の壁が残るのみ。写真左の女性は今回マネージメントをしてくれたマカオ大学の学生Gorettiさん。

Thanks for your support !! |  2009.03.27 ワークショップ、及びコンサートの会場となる「マカオ大学」。Here we are in Macau University,where our workshop and concert are held. |  マカオ大学内の講堂で行われた、ボイスパーカッションワークショップ。スライドを使って、なにやら学術発表のようになっていますが、実はやっているのは「ツクツク」といういパーカッション。学生を中心に100名ほどが参加しました。
At my vocal percussion workshop. I used screen which is very usuful,but it looks not like percussion lesson. like 'symposium'(._.). About 100 students came to my workshop. |  たまに客席に下りて、もう一本のマイクを使って学生に課題を実際にやってもらいました。

 2時間の講習のあと、今度はklanbezirkによるグループクリニックが開かれました。
Klanbezirk also had a group lessons for sutudent choir.I learned from them a lot. They are so tallented. |  その夜、マカオの名物でもあるカジノに行ってみました。市内には何件もの大きなカジノがあるのですが、その中でも特に巨大な「Venetian」に潜入。なにやらサウンドエンジニアのハイコーが陽気です。いけませんよ、お金を使いすぎないよう気をつけて…
Now we are in 'Venetian',one of the famous casino place in Macau. Heiko,Sound Engineer in Klnanbezirk,seems to be merry,but please be careful not to loose your money.... |  これは巨大なプレースペースです。まず好きなテーブルを選び、現金をコインに替えてプレーをします。１回のプレーに最低100香港ドル（1300円相当）が必要で、たった数秒の間にそれが増えたり減ったりするのですから恐ろしいものです。
Gambling is,indeed,a dangerous game, but if you make your own rule, it might be more fun for you. If you are a beginner,I think you should try from minimum rate of bet 100HKD. You can see how you earn money or loose it.If you loose it, just quit the game. |  実は、カジノに来た本当の理由はギャンブルではなくてこちらの皆さん。そうです、知る人ぞ知るアメリカの素晴らしいアカペラグループ「Naturally7」のライブ！マカオに移動するときのフェリーターミナルで偶然一緒になり、話しかけたところライブに誘ってくれたのでした。彼らはカジノから出演を依頼されて来ていたわけです。こんな偶然ってあるんですね。Our main aims to visit Venetian was to see this group,'Naturally 7'. We met each other in ferry terminal in Hongkong, they suggest us to come to their gig.Wow. what a coincidence !! |  KlanbezirkとNaturally7。マカオで本当にすごい出会いとなりました。Naturally7の音楽は「Yo,Man!!」の世界！何かドイツ人たちの雰囲気もちょっといつもと違うようですね。ちなみにNaturally7はこの翌日に大阪･名古屋･東京BlueNoteとライブの予定だということで、僕よりも一足先に日本に旅立ちます。
Klanbezirk and Naturally7, what a great meeting !! Germans and Americans meet up in Macau, maybe God led us to the one place. Wonderful !! |  翌日、再びマカオ大学の講堂にて。今日は学生の発表会とライブが開催されます。本番前のリハーサルでJuanがなにやら変なポーズを取っていますね。昨日のNaturarlly７の影響がまだ冷めていないようです…。帽子も曲がってますよ！

 Klanbezirkのサウンドエンジニア、ハイコー。いつも素晴らしい仕事をしてくださいます。彼の右側の機械の上に写真をのせているのが見えますね。遠くはなれたお嬢ちゃんも応援してくれています。

|  アマゾネスによるアフリカンリズムワークショップ。一見難しいアフリカンリズムは理屈ではなく、ノリが大切だということを教えてくれました。
